Returns Policy

If the goods you receive from Oz Promo Hub Pty Ltd are faulty, they must be returned for inspection within 14 working days. A refund or replacement will be issued at our discretion once the goods have been inspected. Claims can only be made if there is a fault with the product supplied.

Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable.

Privacy

At Oz Promo Hub Pty Ltd, the privacy of your customer data, orders and credit card information is very important to us. We will not disclose your customer data to any third party.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor on our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.

Delivery Times

Oz Promo Hub Pty Ltd will process your order within 1–2 business days following payment on cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be confirmed until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 2–3 days for delivery.

Orders

All purchase orders made with Oz Promo Hub Pty Ltd must have an order number, otherwise the order will not be processed.

Ownership

Ownership title of any promotional merchandise supplied by Oz Promo Hub Pty Ltd remains with us until payment has been made in full into our account. We do not accept cheques.

Samples

Samples are supplied free of charge by Oz Promo Hub Pty Ltd. If not returned within 14 days, we will invoice for the samples supplied unless discussed beforehand. The goods must be in their original packaging and in merchantable folded condition, or you will be charged a repacking fee per garment. You will be responsible for any freight costs.

Trading Terms

Oz Promo Hub Pty Ltd accepts Credit Cards or Direct Bank Deposit.
Credit Card charges are 2.2% on all purchases.

New Accounts

For your first order with Oz Promo Hub Pty Ltd, payment is required before dispatch of final goods. After your first order, you can fill out a credit application form to apply for a 30-day account.

All credit accounts must be maintained on a 30-day net basis. Failure to do so will result in your account being placed on 'Stop Supply', and all future orders will require payment before dispatch.

Shipping

Oz Promo Hub Pty Ltd makes every effort to ship your promotional goods to your desired destination in the most economical way possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or delayed by the courier.

Cancellation of Order

If you cancel an order after an order number has been received by Oz Promo Hub Pty Ltd, cancellation fees may apply. Fees can vary depending on the status of the job, but typically include artwork fees, set-up costs, restocking fees, or full payment of the job if items have already been branded. You will not be responsible for cancellation fees if we don’t have the item in stock or fail to ship by the promised date as specified in the order confirmation form.

Artwork Fees

If artwork is not supplied in the correct format, Oz Promo Hub Pty Ltd will bill artwork charges per hour. Some minor artwork adjustments may be done at no cost—please contact us for a quote.

Colours

The colours of the merchandise pictured on the Oz Promo Hub Pty Ltd website are indicative only. If exact colour matching is required, please request a sample.
